RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At GLOWORAH®, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• Your order is incomplete.
To request a return, replacement, or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will arrange a replacement or process the refund accordingly.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Please note:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
• GLOWORAH® reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above conditions.
